2026-76: Temporary Duct Mooring – Erwarton Anchorage, River Stour (Update 2)

Mariners are advised that a duct (floating pipe) mooring system is located in the area of the Erwarton Anchorage, as per details below and diagram in PDF version.

Special mark buoys 1 and 4 (as per table above) mark the location of the east and west mooring buoys. When the mooring is occupied by the 1800m duct (dates to be confirmed), special mark buoys 2 and 3 will be placed to the south of the duct.

This temporary mooring system is expected to remain in place for approximately 12-18 months.
This notice replaces local Notice to Mariners No. 72 of 2026, which is now withdrawn.
