We’re delighted to share that Harwich Haven Authority has been named finalists in not one, but two categories at the prestigious Multimodal Awards:

• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Company of the Year
• Sustainability Company of the Year

These nominations are a fantastic recognition of the work taking place across the organisation and reflect the commitment, passion and professionalism shown by colleagues every day.

Being shortlisted for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Company of the Year award highlights the progress we continue to make in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive. From championing inclusive recruitment and development opportunities to strengthening colleague engagement and wellbeing, this recognition belongs to every employee helping shape our culture.

Our nomination for Sustainability Company of the Year recognises the steps we are taking to support a more sustainable future for our industry and communities. Whether through environmental initiatives, supporting cleaner operations, or embedding sustainability into the way we work, it reflects a collective effort across the Authority to make a positive long-term impact.

These achievements align closely with our values and the important role we play in supporting safe, sustainable and responsible operations across the authority.
