Human Resources Executive Support and Benefits Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an excellent Human Resources Executive Support and Benefits Administrator and we are inviting applications for this role.
Working as a member of the HR team and reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for supporting the HR and Executive teams and for deputising for the CEO’s PA in her absence. You will also undertake receptionist duties on a rotational basis within your team.

You will operate with absolute discretion within a confidential environment and will be able to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of the business including in the provision of assistance to Board members. In addition, you must be reliable, trustworthy, flexible, proactive, friendly, helpful and professional.
To succeed in the role you will need excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You must be well organised, able to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. You will have experience of minuting complex meetings and possess excellent writing and presentation skills.
Experience within a high level secretarial role, HR Administration or PA position is preferred.
